About Us

 At Katherine Anne Confections, we create artisan, hand-crafted truffles and caramels with a focus on local and sustainable ingredients. We are inspired by the seasonal fruits from midwestern farms when we create flavors. Imagine an Apricot Basil truffle, or a Rosemary Sea Salt caramel. Our line of classic treats includes Hazelnut, Java, and Toasted Coconut Rum truffles, and Honey Vanilla caramels. Or, what if we create the custom flavor of your dreams?

We are confident that you won’t be able to resist the deliciousness of our treats, so we offer complimentary tastings to all of our corporate clients.

Staying Sustainable
